   IPTV SmartersHD Pro is solely an intermediary platform that provides access to user-generated content. We are not responsible for monitoring every single file on the platform for potential copyright violations.

3. Action Against Violations:

4. Repeated Offenses:
   In cases of repeated copyright infringements, IPTV SmartersHD Pro will disconnect the user’s account permanently to prevent further violations.
